The Bar Arc-en-Ciel, located in the beautiful complex of Bains de Lavey, is looking to complete its team: A full-time Server. Your mission: Participate in lunch and dinner service by welcoming clients with a high level of service and an impeccable welcome, ensuring a Premium experience, and optimizing revenue while adhering to internal prescriptions. You will be required to do supporting shifts in the kitchen and food production in addition to service, including setting up, taking orders, cashing out, and continuous service throughout the day. Handle table payments and perform cash closures. Maintain daily communication with various departments and the personnel working there. Respect internal and legal hygiene guidelines (HACCP). Your profile: You have a CFC in service or an equivalent title, with several years of professional experience related to our activity in a mastered position. You speak French fluently and can express yourself in English. Knowledge of German, as well as familiarity with the X program, would be a plus. You have excellent customer service skills, good understanding of working in the dining room, and serving clients. Flexible, organized, and dynamic, you enjoy teamwork and direct contact with customers. Start date: April 1st.
