Principal Responsibilities:Engaging with the team abroad on a regular basis to ensure accurate account reconciliation.Overseeing the audit activities during interim and final stages, in collaboration with external auditors.Leading the management of overdue accounts, necessitating frequent discussions with the CFO and project managers.Conducting the recording, reconciliation, and oversight of fixed assets for Swiss entities.Ensuring the VAT filings are completed quarterly for all entities located in Switzerland.Taking charge of accounting responsibilities for two newly established entities.Coordinating monthly to align our ERP system with the accounting software, involving teamwork across departments.Your Attributes:Proficient in English and French communication, with Spanish as a valued additional skill.Extensive expertise in the full spectrum of the purchase to pay sequence, including the management of invoice processing and purchase orders.More than ten years of professional experience in a significant senior accounting capacity.Competent in administrative responsibilities when they are necessary.Adept in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with various accounting systems, notably SAGE.Holds an Accounting Degree, specifically a Brevet Federal, signifying formal education and certification in the field.
