Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, planning and owning the product vision and roadmap for the Engagement digital platform. In this role, you will drive product strategy and execution across teams, working closely with engineering, business owners, analytics, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve customer engagement and business impact.
Responsibilities
* Define, articulate, and own the product vision and prioritize the quarterly roadmap for loyalty, personalized offers, CRM, and user identity across digital platforms (App, Web, CRM tools…)
* Identify key opportunities to improve customer engagement, frequency, retention, and monetization by analyzing user journeys, market benchmarks, and internal performance data.
* Own and drive the delivery of products and features from conception to launch and beyond. Define clear project scopes, KPIs, and timelines.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in a similar position(s) or as a Technical Project Management / Consultant in technology-related areas in a customer-facing role.
* Proficient level of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Excellent written communication skills.
* Strategic mindset with an eye for details, paired with a hands-on mentality
* Strong background and proven track record in the ownership and development of platform products with focus on E-commerce, app, websites, CRM, and platform management tools.
