We are a Swiss privately-owned, licensed securities firm headquartered in Zurich with its founding roots dating back to 1993. Through its 100+ finance professionals, we specialize in Capital Markets, Digital Assets, Trading, and Investments, operating internationally with fully regulated offices in Switzerland, Israel, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
You will be joining ourStructured Products and AMC Sales Team, based acrossGeneva, Zurich, Dubai and Hong Kong, consisting of six sales professionals covering institutional clients acrossEMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Asia. The place of work for this position is Zurich, and you will work closely alongside a senior sales member.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Identify and develop a new client base of institutional clients and expand existing relationships with Qualified Investors (banks, insurances, pension funds, asset managers, family offices etc.)
* Market products to institutional and Qualified Investors, conduct roadshows, meetings and daily communication
* Keep track of clients’ positions and their needs
* Closely link and interact with other relevant ISP teams
* Develop trade ideas and strategies with the aim to increase ISP’s trading activities
* Support for product‑specific client inquiries
* Support technical set‑up in Excel, VBA and Python
We are looking for candidates fitting below requirements:
* Master’s degree in finance or economics
* Strong interest in financial markets, derivatives, and structured products
* Minimum 1 year of sales‑related experience in the financial services industry (internships are fine)
* Excellent analytical skills
* Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint required, VBA or Python a plus
* Fluent English & German required; French, Spanish, or any other language are an advantage
