Your area of responsibility
1. Management of the assigned product groups during their entire life cycle
2. Guaranteeing development of commercially and technically successful products with thorough market analysis and clear requirements
3. Determining and solving issues together with customers (on site)
4. Definition and documentation of business cases, preparation for decision-making (Gateways 1 and 2)
5. Project management from development to launch, as well as phase-out and coordination between internal departments
6. Monitoring material costs, cost reduction measures, as well as certification requirements and technical standards
7. Creating and updating product documentation in cooperation with Marketing
8. Organization of product training
Our requirements
9. Degree in electronics, systems engineering or physics
10. Further education in business management or equivalent experience
11. Market focus
12. Autonomous, success-oriented way of working
13. Willingness to travel (5-10% or by agreement)
14. Fluent German and English (written and spoken), further languages are a plus
15. Perseverance, ability to work under pressure, team spirit, doer mentality
