Ph3Overview /h3pAs an IT Support specialist, you will be a key member of our Global Desktop Support team, offering prompt and effective technical assistance to users across various offices. Your role will involve both on-site and remote support, troubleshooting a range of issues, and collaborating with external vendors to maintain our IT infrastructure. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide fast and efficient technical support to front, middle, and back office users. /liliOffer support via phone, email, and IT ticketing system. /liliHandle level 1 and 2 IT support, both in-person and remotely. /liliDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user profile issues on Windows 11. /liliInstall, configure, update, and troubleshoot authorized workstations and peripherals. /liliManage identities, groups, and devices via AD and Microsoft Entra ID. /liliSupport Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. /liliTroubleshoot basic network issues related to connectivity, DNS, and access. /liliInstall, test, and troubleshoot audio/video equipment, telephony, and collaboration tools. /liliPerform daily system checks to ensure IT services availability. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExcellent knowledge of Windows 10/11. /liliUnderstanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. /liliProficiency in Microsoft 365 environment. /liliGood grasp of desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals. /liliBasic network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. /liliUnderstanding of enterprise network fundamentals. /liliAbility to diagnose simple connectivity issues. /liliExperience with voice, telephony, and A/V technologies is a plus. /liliCFC or equivalent IT qualification. /lili0 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
