Your responsibilities:
Draft rental leases and prepare amendments in collaboration with the manager;
Arrange condition reports in agreement with the manager and prepare the files;
Follow up on the processing of current terminations;
Implement advertising procedures for the re-letting of vacant or terminated properties and follow up on application files;
Arrange condition reports in agreement with the manager and prepare the files;
Ensure the transmission of information to owners and concierges;
Issue purchase orders for routine repairs and prepare invoices for approval by the manager.
Your profile:
Commercial employee CFC, ideally in property management;
Immobase certificate is an asset;
Successful initial experience in rental management within a property management company in Switzerland;
Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;
Proficient with common IT tools, (Quorum is an asset);
Good comprehension, adaptability and analytical skills;
Precise, proactive, rigorous and autonomous;
Pleasant character with a good team spirit;
Swiss or holding a valid permit.
