To complement our team, we are looking by arrangement for a qualified nursing professional or an experienced health professional as Nursing Team Leader 80 - 100% (possibility of co-leadership). Our residential area with 38 residents spread over three floors needs a leader who provides orientation, creates structures, and at the same time stays close to the team. We are looking for a team leader who convinces both professionally and personally - and who enjoys accompanying and further developing a committed team of around 10 employees.
