This role has the potential to grow alongside the industry. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze large-scale blockchain and ecosystem datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights in order to keep up with frontier industry trends /li liPartner closely with engineers, product teams, and ecosystem stakeholders to define metrics and answer high-impact business and protocol questions /li liBuild dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences /li liDevelop and maintain reliable datasets and analytical models to support decision-making across the organization /li liHelp define and track key ecosystem metrics such as decentralization scores, transaction inclusion performance, validator health, and network economics /li liPerform exploratory analysis to evaluate protocol updates, ecosystem initiatives, and user behavior trends /li liEnsure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting and analytical workflows /li liDocument methodologies, metrics definitions, and analytical processes to support transparency and knowledge sharing /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related roles /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasets /li liProficiency in SQL and experience with modern analytics tooling and data warehouses /li liExperience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Allium, Dune, Hex, or crypto data-powered BI tools /li liFamiliarity with blockchain technologies, including transaction data, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms /li liExperience working with big data platforms and analytical tooling such as ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery /li liStrong understanding of experimentation, metrics design, and statistical analysis /li liAbility to communicate insights effectively to both technical and business audiences /li liExperience with Solana data and the Solana ecosystem is especially beneficial /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience contributing to open source projects /li liExperience applying AI/LLM workflows to analytics or operational use cases /li liFamiliarity with Python or Rust for data analysis and tooling /li liExperience working in fast-moving startup or crypto environments /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
