F&B Manager (M/F)
Job Description As F&B Manager, you will oversee all the catering outlets of the establishment, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and events. You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while guaranteeing a seamless, elegant and personalised customer experience. You will be responsible for the management and support of operational teams, with the aim of uniting your colleagues around a demanding and caring service culture. You will actively participate in recruitment, training and team development to maintain a high level of performance and engagement. In close collaboration with management and the head chefs, you will contribute to defining the F&B offer, optimising revenues and managing operational costs. You will also ensure compliance with budgets, internal procedures as well as current hygiene and safety standards. With a strong presence on the ground, you will anticipate customer needs, manage delicate situations professionally and guarantee consistent quality standards across all catering areas.
Profile Sought You have solid experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury hotel establishment and possess excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations. A true field leader, you are recognised for your ability to inspire, structure and support teams in a demanding and dynamic environment. Results and customer satisfaction oriented, you demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and great adaptability. Your proactive approach and interpersonal ease allow you to work effectively with an international clientele. You are fluent in French and English; any other language is an additional asset. Good knowledge of management tools and F&B performance indicators is also expected.
