Weekly cleaning of college courtyards as well as grilles and perform leaf blowing and snow removal in winter. Adapt interventions in case of unusual conditions (incidents, unforeseen events). Occasionally coordinate apprentices, interns, or additional help as needed. Plan and organize one's own work autonomously. Desired profile: CFC of agent or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of maintenance. Good knowledge of the energy functioning of buildings. Skills in priority management. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor.
