Reporting to a senior PPE administrator, your role will consist of:
- Independently managing a small portfolio of 15/20 PPEs
- Organising and conducting general and extraordinary meetings
- Ensuring the follow-up of decisions made at meetings
- Coordinating technical interventions and maintenance work with service providers
- Controlling budgets, charges and PPE accounts in collaboration with the accounting department
- Ensuring the administrative and legal follow-up of PPEs
- Assisting the PPE administrator in the daily management of their portfolio
Profile:
- Training in real estate
- First experience in the field desired
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Good writing skills and good command of common IT tools
- Sense of diplomacy, autonomy, rigour and discretion
