The Impact You'll Make Are you ready to play an active role in shaping the future of energy efficiency in Switzerland by joining Danfoss Drives as Sales Engineer (m/f/d) – Drive Technology ? You will support customers in mechanical and plant engineering with modern, sustainable drive solutions, win new customers, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive growth in your sales region – with technical know-how, consulting expertise, and a genuine passion for sales. You can organize your daily work flexibly from your home office in Switzerlandor from our office locationin Frenkendorf.
What You’ll Be Doing Customer consulting on drive technology and frequency converters
Customer acquisition, further development of existing customers, and identification and development of market potential
Representing Danfoss Drives at customer appointments, trade fairs, and in digital formats
Using modern sales channels such as webinars and social media to actively shape the digital transformation in sales
Working closely with the internal sales team and other internal teams to handle customer concerns and exchange market and product knowledge
What We're Looking For Technical training or engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
Sales experience and strong customer focus with communication and consulting skills
Broad technical understanding; knowledge of drive technology or frequency converters is an advantage
Solution-oriented and proactive approach to work
Willingness to travel within Switzerland (60-80%)
Very good German and French skills as well as good written and spoken English skills
