We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Specialist to join our Quality Control team. This role is critical for ensuring the compliance and operational excellence of our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing QC operational data, leading data trending analysis, and providing crucial QC oversight for environmental monitoring programs and facility qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for QC Operational metrics and data trends
* Visual presentation and report writing for data trends, on monthly, quarterly, half-annual and annual basis, or upon request
* Participate in investigation of monitoring excursions to minimize potential risks and maintain optimal environmental conditions
* Participate in qualification of new facilities (clean rooms, clean utilities, filling lines) as QC representative
* Work closely with the internal and external laboratories to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
* Implementation of changes and improvements
* Provide support to the team in other topics, as needed
We are looking for a professional who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
* Holds a Master of Science (MSc) or higher degree in a biological science field (e.g., Microbiology, Environmental Science).
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Possesses proven experience in data management
* Possesses proven experience in environmental monitoring topics
* Proficient in utilizing IT systems for data acquisition and monitoring.
* Fluently communicates in English; German language skills are a plus
