Job Description
Reporting to the Advisory Manager, the Engagement Lead will:
1. Structure and lead the engagement from initiation through final deliverables, in accordance with established advisory methodology.
2. Drive project execution: ensuring milestones, quality of deliverables, and timely escalation of issues.
3. Lead daily work planning with the Advisory Associate and weekly problem-solving/review sessions with the Advisory Manager.
4. Conduct in-depth diagnostic and benchmarking analyses and develop implementable rmendations.
5. Deliver clear, evidence-based presentations and reports to internal stakeholders, including executive-level briefings.
6. Ensure stakeholder engagement across functions and levels, building consensus and aligning on findings and options.
7. Apply rigorous project management and change facilitation practices.
8. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to the Advisory Associate throughout the engagement.
Deliverables
9. Project Plan outlining analysis workstreams and key milestones
10. Fieldwork Findings from interviews, data review, process mapping, benchmarking, etc.
11. Draft and Final Rmendations Report, including future-state options and roadmap
12. Stakeholder Engagement Materials: presentations, briefs, and verbal debriefings
13. Team Leadership and Oversight: collaborative planning, timely reviews, and coaching
The Successful Applicant
Essential
14. Extensive experience in top-tier strategy or management consulting as a Team Lead or Project Manager
15. Demonstrated experience conducting departmental/function reviews (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
16. Familiarity with HR organizational models, performance diagnostics, and change implementation
17. Strong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
18. Experience leading cross-functional teams in multicultural environments
19. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and deliver high-impact insights
20. Ability to work discreetly with confidential and sensitive information
Desirable
21. 3+ years at a leading management consulting firm or equivalent internal strategy team
22. Experience in HR transformation, people strategy, or process optimization
23. Experience in international development or working with large public-sector or non-profit institutions
24. Familiarity with public health or health financing environments
What's on Offer
