What You Will Do
* Create, monitor, and maintain short‑term production schedules, ensuring visibility and smooth execution across all relevant departments.
* Integrate cross‑functional input to build realistic, constraint‑aware plans while continuously optimizing sequencing and resource utilization.
* Update schedules promptly based on new information, maintain accurate planning parameters in the system, and support data‑driven performance improvements.
* Review operational documents to determine material and personnel needs, ensure timely material availability, and uphold high‑quality planning master data.
* Lead the weekly operations meeting by preparing, moderating, and summarizing discussions to deliver an aligned, cross‑functional 12‑week plan and performance review.
What We Are Looking For
* Educational Background in Supply Chain with proven production planning experience.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and structured, organized communication skills.
* Pharma and GMP experience are strong advantages.
* Experience with OMP or other advanced production planning tools is a plus.
* Fluency in German as well as fluency in English to collaborate effectively with shopfloor Operators and cross‑functional teams.
