Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Tolochenaz
Reports To: Finance Director
Contract: Temporary – 8 months
Targeted start date: May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the budget forecasting process for FY26, providing iterative updates as required and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on sales bookings and sales forecasts, ensuring financial forecasts are accurate and reflect the latest sales performance.
* Ensure adherence to financial reporting requirements, maintaining compliance across various financial processes.
* Work on monthly and quarterly financial reporting to management.
* Provide financial expertise and support to the Finance Director, assisting with answering financial questions during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic meetings.
* Deliver data-driven insights to support business strategy and decision-making, leveraging financial analysis to drive improvements in operational efficiency and profitability.
* Manage financial operations across three regions with distinct ERP systems, ensuring streamlined processes and accurate reporting.
Profile:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes.
* Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
* Experience working with ERP systems and cross-functional teams across different regions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to senior leadership.
* Ability to navigate complex financial environments with multiple currencies and ERP systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
