Our client is strengthening its Sales team looking for a Sales Assistant to support its commercial activities across Switzerland, Germany and the UK. This role is at the heart of the sales department and involves daily interaction with B2B clients, internal sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Trilingual Sales Assistant (GER - FR and ENG)Our client is a SME in Geneva.Missions- Act as the first point of contact for inbound client requests (phone and email)- Manage customer orders end-to-end, from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms- Monitor deliveries, handle claims, and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams- Support field sales teams with administrative follow-up- Set up new client accounts and maintain customer data in the ERP- Manage commercial conditions, contracts and sales orders and invoices, and follow up on payments in liaison with accounting- Assist with product listings with wholesalers and pharmacy networks- Support the organization of trade fairs and commercial events- Contribute to sales reporting and ad-hoc tasksProfile- Previous experience in sales / order management / customer service in a B2B environment- Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with external clients and internal stakeholders- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines- Team-oriented, proactive and detail-minded- Fluent in French, German and EnglishConditions et Avantages- Permanent, full-time position or 80%- 1 day of home office- Salary commensurate with experience and market standards- Opportunity to join a growing business in the healthcare sector and professional working environment jidf5db25aaen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
