Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Architecture and CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Engineering? This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex investment projects and play a key role in shaping large-scale construction delivery within a highly regulated and innovative environment.
As Construction Manager Architectural, you will act as the subject matter expert for architectural construction activities, leading construction execution from planning through delivery while ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction activities during installation and execution phases
* Own coordination of EHS activities across the construction site and ensure compliance with site safety standards
* Drive contractor alignment, review work methodologies and maintain effective construction governance
* Monitor project delivery against scope, schedule, cost and quality targets
* Support procurement and ensure construction safety requirements are embedded into project execution
* Organise inspections, oversee close-out activities and manage defect resolution
* Deliver smaller to medium-sized investment and maintenance projects as CSA SME
* Contribute to the development and implementation of CSA standards and best practices
Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
* Strong experience within CSA Engineering and construction/project management (5–10 years preferred)
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project environments
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent German (C1 required) and English (B1+ preferred)
* Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic project oversight
