We are seeking a Service Business Unit Cybersecurity Lead to drive strategic alignment between cybersecurity and our Service BU. This role ensures cybersecurity is embedded into our operations, culture, and services—supporting secure innovation and resilience across the enterprise.
How you’ll make an impact
Act as the single point of contact between Cybersecurity and the Service Business Unit
Embed cybersecurity into project lifecycles, ensuring secure and resilient delivery
Facilitate risk-based decision-making and promote cyber judgment across teams
Support incident management and integrate cybersecurity into business continuity planning
Monitor cyber risk trends and proactively plan for future impacts
Align cybersecurity funding with strategic business initiatives
Represent the Service BU in cybersecurity councils and working groups
Champion a best-in-class cybersecurity mindset across stakeholders
Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Professional certifications (CISSP, GICSP, CISM or equivalent) are highly desirable
Proven ability to analyse risk in business contexts and coach teams effectively
Positive attitude, high internal drive, and willingness to travel as needed
