Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, we empower companies and organisations to develop targeted customer relationships, streamline processes and make data-driven decisions – across a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, the non‑profit sector, education and the service industry. /p pTo drive our growth in the Customer Experience (CRM) sector, we are creating a new key role: we are looking for you – an entrepreneurial sales professional who will acquire challenging CRM and Power Platform implementation projects in Switzerland and Germany – from initial contact through to contract signing. /p pYou will build up this field independently, working closely with our department heads, the marketing team and pre‑sales – thereby laying the foundations for a growing sales team. /p pYou will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our CRM business throughout the entire sales cycle – with focus, tenacity and a genuine ‘hunter’s instinct’. In doing so, you will engage on an equal footing with the specialist departments, IT teams and senior management of your potential clients. /p pbWhat you can expect: /b /p ul libLead-to-Contract responsibility: /b You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from lead generation and qualification, through proposal and solution design, to the successful conclusion of contracts. /li libNew customer acquisition /b: You will actively identify and win new customers for complex CE projects using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform – in both SMEs and larger organisations. /li libMarket focus on Switzerland Germany /b: You will work across both core markets and develop a robust pipeline across various verticals (industry/manufacturing, retail, non‑profit, education, service providers). /li libSolution-oriented sales /b: You understand your customers’ challenges, translate them into viable solutions and convincingly position the added value of our consulting and implementation services. /li libClose collaboration /b: You will work hand in hand with department heads, marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure coherent proposals and strong conversion rates. /li libRelationship and network management /b: You will build sustainable relationships with decision-makers, business stakeholders and the Microsoft sales organisation, represent Ambit at events and strengthen our market presence. /li libForecasting management: /b You maintain the pipeline and forecasts accurately, derive actions from them and ensure transparency for senior management. /li /ul h3What's your ambition? /h3 pbYou bring the following to the table: /b /p ul libExperience in solution sales: /b You have a proven track record of successfully selling complex business applications or CRM/SaaS solutions – the specific technology you used (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is of secondary importance. /li libProven seniority: /b You possess the maturity to engage credibly at C-level – whether through several years of sales experience, your track record of closed deals, your understanding of the industry and processes, or your network. /li libHunter mentality /b: You proactively engage with the market, drive opportunities forward independently and bring deals to a successful close. /li libCross-sector understanding /b: You feel at home in our core sectors (manufacturing, retail, non-profit, education, services) or can quickly familiarise yourself with them. /li libStrong communication skills: /b You are persuasive at all levels – from specialist departments to the CEO – and combine a commitment to service with a professional demeanour. /li libLanguages /b: Very good German and good English skills. /li libMobility /b: Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany (approx. 20–40%). /li /ul pbYour perspective: /b /p pYou will start as an independent individual contributor – with the clear prospect of growing alongside your success. Depending on your development, opportunities will arise such as building and leading a sales team, taking on the role of Head of Sales, or managing a dedicated pre-sales team.
