Reports to: VP Sales & Marketing
About the Role
We're seeking a smart, curious, and hands-on Sales Operations Manager to build and scale SalesOps at Picterra from the ground up. This is a new and critical role: you’ll be the architect of how our go-to-market engine operates—from metrics to forecasts to workflows and tools. Your mission? Help us unlock growth by making our Sales team more effective, data-driven, and scalable.
If you live at the intersection of systems thinking, operational excellence, and commercial impact, this one is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify bottlenecks in the sales process, build scalable workflows, and drive initiatives that increase productivity and pipeline velocity.
Data, Forecasting & Reporting
* Own the GTM performance dashboards and sales forecast models. Provide real-time insights and recommendations to the Sales and Exec team.
Optimize and Manage CRM (HubSpot)
* Take full ownership of HubSpot as a platform: structure, usage, hygiene, reporting. Drive rationalization and automation wherever possible.
Build the Foundations for Scale
* Define and continuously refine processes, playbooks, and tech stack to support repeatable success as we grow the team and expand our markets.
* Work with Sales and Marketing to define ICPs, build Tier 1 target lists, and support ABM initiatives with actionable data.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance—ensuring everyone works from the same data and assumptions.
Growth & Team Building
* As the first hire in RevOps, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the function and eventually build a high-impact team around you.
What We’re Looking For
* 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in an enterprise software environment
* Strong proficiency in HubSpot (admin-level experience preferred), Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools
* Proven track record of improving sales performance through process design, tooling, and insights
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Highly analytical but pragmatic; you don’t just model—you make it work
* Clear communicator who can translate data into action
* Hands-on builder with a systems mindset: you spot inefficiencies, fix them, and move on
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
Why Picterra

Powered by our proprietary foundational GeoAI platform, Picterra turns scattered environmental data into strategic action. Our customers—some of the largest names in FMCG and food processing—use our platform to uncover hidden risks, accelerate sustainability efforts, and stay ahead of compliance.
This is your chance to help scale a category-defining company from the inside out. By joining us, your challenge will be to unlock the full potential of a high-performance go-to-market engine. You will be at the center of that transformation, helping us move from good intentions to system-wide execution. If you are ready to build and make a real impact at speed it can be a great match.
