The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of AI agents leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. This role will help transition from ad hoc implementations to repeatable, industrialized frameworks and practices. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, build, and deploy multi-step reasoning AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services /li liContribute to the industrialization of AI agent development (templates, frameworks, best practices) /li liEnsure scalability, reliability, evaluation, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions /li liCollaborate with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and implement use cases /li liSupport documentation, knowledge sharing, and reusable components /li liAccelerate delivery of AI Copilot agents /li liEstablish reusable assets and frameworks /li liEnable scalable and industrialized AI agent implementation across the organization /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience with AI/ML solutions and LLM-based applications /li liHands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform /li liExperience in building scalable and production‑ready applications /li liExperience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions /li liKnowledge of prompt engineering /li liKnowledge of orchestration tools and agent design patterns /li liExposure to financial services and banking sector environment /li liSwiss residency is mandatory /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
