* Lead industrialization projects related to high-temperature thermal processes (>2000 °C) and automation.
* Develop technical solutions, draft specifications and test protocols.
* Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and technical solutions.
* Support machine trials and process optimization.
* Train and support production teams.
* Ensure reliability, stability, and reproducibility of equipment.
* Provide technical support to production and contribute to continuous process improvement.

* Degree in engineering or technical diploma (HF) in process engineering, automation, or related fields.
* Experience in developing industrial processes and automation solutions.
* Familiarity with high-temperature thermal processes, ideally involving sapphire, ceramics, or similar hard materials.
* Fluent in German, with good English and possibly French skills.
* Analytical, structured, and communicative working style.
