Responsibilities
* Internal inbound logistics: source and prepare materials for production
* Perform GMP‑conform sample transfers
* Enter and maintain logistics data in SAP (booking of inbound and outbound items, etc); review material postings in MES and SAP
* Support quarterly controls and inventory in the warehouse
* Inbound and outbound warehousing of production materials across temperature zones (room temp, chilled, ultra‑cold)
* Oversee material stock in the warehouse; responsible for internal warehousing, shipping and preparation of shipping documents
* Disposal management in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training (e.g., Logistiker EFZ) or extensive experience in a GxP regulated environment
* Experience in operational warehouse logistics with GMP compliance is a strong plus
* Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule
* Creative thinker who enjoys actively shaping processes
* Fluent German OR fluent English with good German skills
* Forklift operator license
