Building Design Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Building Design Specialist to manage the technical, graphical, and documentary aspects of our real estate portfolio. This role supports ongoing transformation projects through precise documentation and advanced design tools.
About the Role
* Create and maintain all technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using CAD/DAO tools.
* Assist in developing BIM models and ensure monthly updates of graphic databases.
* Digitize and standardize paper-based plans into digital formats.
* Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spaces and technical characteristics.
* Centralize, classify, and archive all technical documentation related to construction and renovations.
* Develop and maintain a uniform classification system (physical and digital).
* Create relational databases for efficient document retrieval.
