Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing; Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern in Europe; and the recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations, supported by the UK.

This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Our Team
* A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 7 years of experience in sports marketing, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role, including IT and engineering technologies.
* Proven ability to deliver innovative sponsorship activations that meet and exceed client expectations.
* A deep understanding of brand communications and sponsorship within the broader marketing landscape.
* High independence and comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with tight deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for partner value enhancement.
* Willingness to travel and represent the team at events and meetings.
* A strong professional network within the sports sponsorship industry is highly desirable.
* Fluent in business English.
Your Mission
* Manage the delivery of all contractual rights for each partner, ensuring excellent execution across events, digital platforms, broadcast, reporting, and hospitality.
* Lead and manage team members to ensure top-tier partnership delivery across all verticals.
* Develop and implement an efficient account management structure to enhance communication and productivity, including regular calls, updates, and face-to-face meetings.
* Maintain and grow positive relationships with all partner stakeholders, from daily contacts to CEO/board level.
* Collaborate with partners and agencies to define clear sponsorship strategies with measurable KPIs aligned with mutual goals.
* Define and lead partner KPIs annually, acting as the bridge between the Audi F1 Project and partner activities.
* Manage reporting on partner KPIs, providing insights and case studies demonstrating partnership value and impact.
* Establish internal reporting mechanisms for timely updates to stakeholders, including Senior Management.
* Assist senior management with contract renewals to ensure ongoing partner engagement and satisfaction.
* Support coordination of special events such as workshops, screenings, and technical sessions.
* Work with other commercial teams (Marketing, Events, Digital) to develop ideas and activations supporting broader business objectives.
* Build strong internal relationships to support strategic and operational tasks across departments.
* Manage a seven-figure budget to maximize partner activation value.
