Head of UHNW Client Acquisition – Role & Responsibilities
* Leverage your existing UHNW network or portfolio of private clients to introduce new business to the brand
* Proactively identify and engage UHNW individuals through your personal relationships, referrals, and strategic partnerships
* Build and nurture long term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as a trusted advisor
* Develop a deep understanding of the company’s ultra luxury travel offering to confidently articulate value to prospective clients
* Represent the brand at select industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen client engagement and expand market reach
* Collaborate closely with internal travel experts who will design and deliver the bespoke journeys for the clients you introduce.
Head of UHNW Client Acquisition – Skills & Experience Required
We welcome applications from senior UHNW facing professionals across private aviation, luxury real estate, art advisory, private banking, family office services, luxury lifestyle management, and other high end experiential sectors, as well as ultra luxury travel.
* A well established personal network of UHNW individuals, ideally with clients who trust and follow your recommendations
* Demonstrated success in UHNW client acquisition, private client advisory, or relationship driven sales
* Proven ability to cultivate, manage, and retain UHNW relationships
* A strong UHNW network in Switzerland or the wider DACH region
* Exceptional relationship building skills and a highly polished, discreet communication style
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify high value opportunities
* Highly proactive, organised, and capable of working independently
* Degree educated
* Fluency in English required & Swiss German preferred.
