Your Challenge As Senior Service Excellence Manager, you will establish structured governance, embed best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the organization. This role is pivotal in fostering operational excellence and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Establish and oversee governance structures (committees, working groups, escalation frameworks)
Plan, lead, and follow up on governance meetings including SLA/OLA/KPI reviews
Assess and enhance service and process maturity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices
Facilitate lessons learned sessions
Coordinate cross-functional teams, define service ownership, and track dependencies
Ensure stakeholder alignment through clear communication and consistent follow-up
Your Skills 5+ years’ experience in service delivery, governance, or IT operations
Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service governance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with continuous improvement models, understanding how to implement improvements without disrupting operations
Strong organizational and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English (other Swiss national languages a plus)
