Our Forensic team is a multidisciplinary group of professionals—including accountants, lawyers, data analysts, forensic technology specialists, and former law enforcement—focused on building trust and preventing or combating fraud, corruption, asset misappropriation, and regulatory breaches.
We assist companies and legal advisors in investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory challenges, emphasizing integrity in compliance programs and helping clients manage ethical and reputational risks.
To support our growth, the Forensic & Integrity Services department seeks entry-level Consultants in compliance and investigation, with a focus on accounting and finance, for our Geneva office.

You will work on diverse missions for private and public sector clients, such as:
o Supporting investigations into misconduct (e.g., fraud, bribery, corruption) across various sectors.
o Assisting with interviews, document review aided by technology, data analysis, and report preparation.
o Helping design and implement compliance and anti-fraud management systems.
o Contributing to the development and implementation of guidelines, codes, and communication strategies related to compliance and anti-fraud measures.
o Assessing risks and performance in compliance, and collaborating on risk management controls involving third parties and integrity issues, working with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, lawyers, and regulatory authorities in sensitive situations.
o Preparing client presentations, progress updates, and documentation materials.
What you can bring — skills to shape the future
o Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business management, accounting, or finance.
o Excellent written French skills, good IT knowledge, numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and interest in the legal framework of economic crimes.
o Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
o Intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy to handle complex issues across various sectors within a multidisciplinary team.
o Proactive approach to project execution and ability to build effective networks within large organizations and establish client relationships.
o Practical experience in a similar field is advantageous.
