Overview
Responsible for overseeing the Center of Processes and Applications (COPA) across Southeast Asia, ensuring strategic alignment with global IT frameworks while addressing regional requirements. The position requires end-to-end management of regional IT projects, fostering collaboration with central IT and business stakeholders, and driving localization of solutions to meet market needs.
This is where you'll excel
* Lead the regional Center of Processes and Applications (COPA) with a team of 2-4 people (IT experts for Finance, CS and CP).
* Develop and implement the COPA strategy for the region SEA.
* Regional lead and support of global ITP projects to ensure alignment and consider regional requirements.
* Lead the multiplication of global solutions in the region especially SAP rollouts for Small Entities (focus on service and sales locations).
* Develop talents and skills to ensure high performing team.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Process and Application Optimization
* Ensure alignment and enablement of regional processes and tools with global templates.
* Facilitate the localization of IT applications to meet regional needs.
Collaboration and Coordination
* Collaborate with central IT and business teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
* Coordinate with regional business to understand and fulfill their needs.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the region.
Project Management
* Lead regional IT projects from initiation to completion.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality and budget.
* Manage project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
* Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
* Monitor and report on the performance of regional IT applications and processes.
These are the skills you'll need
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Process Management, Application Management or IT Management.
* Experience working in multinational companies.
* Proven experience in managing and implementing SAP solutions.
* Strong background in business process optimization and application management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as integral member of the team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
