We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Manager for one our best client.
In this role, you will drive commercial success by securing strong brand partnerships and maintaining a high-quality occupancy rate in alignment with our strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead and inspire the on-site leasing team
Drive the full leasing cycle- from market research and lead generation to negotiations and contract finalization
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants
Analyzing market trends and identify strategic brand opportunities
Represent the Client at industry events and conferences in Switzerland and across Europe
Collaborate closely with internal departments
Monitor lease renewals and proactive management of lease terms and expirations
Planning and reporting the leasing budget ù
WHAT YOU NEED :
A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in leasing, ideally in the retail or outlet sector
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus)
Excellent market knowledge and an established network in the retail industry
Team leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
Hands-on, results-oriented and highly organized personality
