Now we’re looking for a new team member to help shape our brand and bring our campaigns to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Paid Campaigns and Performance Marketing: You’ll develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to different audience segments and campaign goals (e.g. awareness, acquisition, retention), manage campaigns across platforms, and collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-performing ad creatives
* Media4Equity Campaigns: You’ll lead campaigns with our Media4Equity partner, including TV, social media, and online activations across the Sport1 network
* Community Building & Engagement: You’ll help build and energize our user community through creative content, and direct engagement – tapping into the sports world, exploring community-building opportunities, initiating collaborations, and strengthening connections within the DACH fitness and sports network
* Push Campaigns in the App: You’ll design and execute push notifications that activate users and drive app usage
* Brand Storytelling: You’ll craft and scale stories that emotionally connect with our audience, build trust in our mission, and reflect Muuvr’s unique voice – always ensuring the communication resonates with our user base and aligns with who we are as a brand
* Marketing Controlling: You’ll track and analyse the success of marketing activities using relevant KPIs and are familiar with setting up cohort analysis, collaborate closely with our finance team to ensure campaigns contribute to Muuvr’s overall growth and sustainability, and continuously optimize for efficiency across all efforts
You – Or Our Ideal Version of You
* You have 2–4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing – ideally in scale-ups, digital platforms, or fast-paced environments
* You’re digitally fluent and have a strong sense for audience-specific communication
* You’re creative, organized, and have a good feel for brands and people
* You enjoy working in a team, but you’re also happy to take ownership of your own projects
* You’re outgoing and excited to dive into the sports and fitness community across the DACH region
* You think strategically, you bring in a very strong analytical skill set and enjoy working with marketing figures, but you also like getting things done
* You’re flexible, curious, and excited to make a real impact in a start-up
