Responsibilities
Support and lead Legal & Compliance workstreams in all stages of M&A transactions
Lead legal due diligence with support from external specialists
Negotiate, draft, and amend transaction agreements
Advise the leadership on M&A requirements
Manage outside legal counsel
Experience
MLaw, Swiss bar admission is an asset
Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
In-depth experience in corporate legal matters and M&A topics
At least 5 years of PQE in a law firm or as In-house legal counsel
