2 - Summary of the main missions:
5. The crew member welcomes and serves the customer, applying the standards and norms of the Burger King® brand.
6. He informs customers about the different products and promotional offers.
7. He takes orders carefully and serves customers at the counter and / or the Drive, adopting a commercial and courteous attitude.
8. He participates in home order deliveries as part of “Home Delivery”.
9. He participates in the reception and storage of goods.
10. He participates in all tasks related to the production and preparation of products (Hamburger, sandwiches, baking, toaster, fryer, drinks, desserts, etc.).
11. It contributes to the cleaning and maintenance of the entire restaurant (kitchen, dining room, changing rooms, toilets, exteriors, utensils, and work materials among others).
12. He takes part in the night cleaning of equipment after the restaurant closes.
13. Whatever his workstation, he ensures compliance with the standards of hygiene, security, service and quality attached to the Burger King® brand and linked to the fast food business sector.
