Job Description Summary As a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d), you are responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the devision Waters Advanced Diagnostics during the pre sales and post sales phases - mainly within Romandy area, with support for overall Switzerland. Specifically, you are responsible for the complex and technically advanced products of BD Kiestra™ Laboratory Automation, as well as blood culture, and microbiology systems. This completes the full support of our customer base in your assigned territory. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for occasional international assignments for the product groups trained on. With excellent service - including corrective and preventive maintenance, hardware upgrades, software updates, basic operator training, and efficient handling of escalated incidents and customer inquiries - you ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
