Your tasks
Lead application development on Palantir Foundry
- Design and build applications using Workshop, Ontology, Functions, Automate, and React Apps
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable real-time logic
- Work across the entire application layer: frontends, APIs, backend components
Drive solution design
- Architect end-to-end solutions using Foundry-native patterns and tools
- Collaborate with big data pipeline teams to ensure clean data contracts, stable Ontology objects, and performant interfaces
- Influence cross-team standards on naming, versioning, real-time logic patterns, and application modularity
Develop internal frameworks and best practices
- Define and evolve our approach to the Foundry application layer
- Introduce patterns for maintainability, performance, testing, and observability
- Mentor engineers and review code / logic to raise the bar across all markets
Build AI-enabled applications
- Work closely with data scientists to integrate AIP Logic, LLM workflows, RAG components, and evals
- Implement safe and reliable LLM patterns in production systems
- Help shape our Foundry-based AI application architecture
Your profile
Core Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript/ + React
- Solid backend engineering skills (API design, API gateways, service orchestration)
- Experience with distributed systems or real-time application logic
- Ability to lead implementation end-to-end: from design ? coding ? deployment
- Understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, and component modularity
Foundry / Data Platform Skills
You have experience with Palantir Foundry or a strong willingness to learn it quickly, including:
- Ontology modeling and application layer design
- Workshop applications
- Functions, Automate, and real-time logic patterns
- Collaboration with big-data pipeline teams (Python, Spark)
AI / LLM Skills (Strong Plus)
- Familiarity with LLM application patterns
- Comfortable working with data scientists, prompt engineers, and eval frameworks
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows or user-facing AI features
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive standards across teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
