As Head of HR, you are responsible for leading the Human Resources department of Liebherr Machines Bulle SA (approx. 1500 employees). Together with your team, you ensure a high-quality HR service throughout the entire employee lifecycle and deliver value-adding solutions by implementing and continuously developing the strategic HR roadmap.
You act as a sparring partner, coach, and facilitator for the executive leadership and management on all People & Leadership topics. You actively drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
You design and implement programs to ensure the company has the skills and talent needed to support its business strategy. In close collaboration with divisional and group-level HR teams, you continuously enhance HR services at Liebherr, strengthen HR Business Partnering, and develop Centers of Expertise in both operational and strategic areas.
You drive HR digitalization, working closely with the IT department, and provide internal control tools and HR analytics based on business needs.
Several years of HR and leadership experience in similar roles, ideally in an international industrial environment
Strong understanding of organizational development and proven experience in change management
Excellent consulting, communication, and organizational skills which make you trusted partner for senior leadership and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working in a matrix organization with the ability to build and maintain high-value partnerships
Business-oriented, proactive, and persuasive, fostering cross-functional collaboration and innovation in a dynamic environment
Proven leadership skills, with the focus on developing the HR team and strengthening leadership capabilities across the organization
Fluent in French and German, with excellent command of English to communicate efficiently in an international context
