Our client, an international company active in consumer goods sector, is seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Digital Growth & Performance Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy and execution in Switzerland.
This strategic role focuses on generating leads, optimizing performance, and maximizing ROI through the digital funnel.
The position will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and implement full-funnel digital strategies (media, SEO/SEM, website, social, email, etc.)
* Use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve conversion (CRO)
* Lead and coach a high-performing digital team
* Manage the digital marketing budget and agency relationships
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and digital best practices
Your profile:
* 7–10 years’ experience in digital marketing with a track record in lead generation
* Experience with digital agency and startups will be a definitive
* Strong expertise in digital tools, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
* Strategic mindset, hands-on attitude, and results-focused
* Strong stakeholder communication skills and team leadership
* Your are fluent in French, German is a plus (but not mandatory)
