Area Sales Manager / Agent
Scope: Zurich area - Remote role
Contract: 7 months: 1st of May – 30th of November 2026
Main activities
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, following the recommended cycle visit plan.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
* Keep detailed records of all customer interactions: sales, communication, events, transactions, presentations on our CRM platform.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Identify and target potential clients.
* Set up and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate HCPs on the benefits and usage of our products.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
* Stay up to date with advancements in medical technology and any changes in regulations that may affect the use of medical devices.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or related field in the Aesthetic / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
* Strong verbal and written communication to convey value propositions, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
* Ability to understand complex medical and technical information and convey it effectively to clients.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Good command of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent in English, German, any other European language is a plus.
