Your Tasks
* Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Training Systems (Aircraft, GBTS)
* Own the product end-to-end from cost baseline and business case assumptions through pricing and asking price definition
* Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements as well as lead product positioning, value propositions, and messaging by market segment
* Perform market and competitor analysis; convert insights into roadmap actions
* Provide solution configuration and technical content for bids; ensure compliant, compelling proposals as well as build investment cases and recommendations to support product decisions
* Plan and execute product launches and campaigns; govern high-quality collateral (datasheets, brochures, briefs) as well as work with the sales department to deliver concise briefs and demo content; support Sales-led customer engagements
