We are a dynamic startup, originating from Axpo, a Swiss utility company. Our mission is to eliminate diesel generators by offering sustainable alternatives and propelling the energy transition beyond conventional power grids.
Our team specializes in creating and distributing cutting-edge mobile battery energy storage systems (mobile BESS) ranging from 20 to 150kVA across Europe.
Our innovative Butler S and M battery systems make green electricity accessible and economically viable for a wide range of applications, from powering events to meeting the energy needs of the construction sector. We address pressing challenges in an environmentally friendly manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Manufacture and assemble components, accessories, and batteries for prototypes and small series production. • Conduct tests and quality control of components, assemblies, and entire mobile battery systems, including commissioning.
* Diagnose and repair products and prototypes on-site in the DACH region.
* Contribute to the development of assembly and test procedures and improve manufacturability of our designs.
* Support the continuous improvement of technical facilities and infrastructure for mobile BESS production.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
* Training as an Electronics EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ or similar
* 3+ years of experience in mechatronics or equipment manufacturing
* Practical knowledge in assembling electromechanical components
* Understanding of technical drawings and instructions
* Experience with measuring and testing tools for mechatronic and power systems
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Availability to travel regularly within the DACH region.
* Good general computer skills (preferably MS365)
* Very good German and English skills (Level B2)
* Car Driving license CH-Cat. B
WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE
* Trailer Driving license CH-Cat. BE
* Experience with high voltage battery systems and power electronics
* Experience with electrical planning and schematic software
