Lead daily operations across Filling, Assembly and Compounding. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. Develop and execute annual plans and budgets aligned with business goals. Roadmap & Target Achievement: Develop a clear roadmap to reach yearly targets, translating strategic objectives into actionable steps and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, and OpEx principles. Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, QA, HR, Finance, and Logistics. Coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance culture. Support new product launches and strategic site initiatives. A bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or higher. Minimum of 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, ideally in GMP-regulated industries. Fluent in German and English. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven budget management and strategic planning capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and relevant industry software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
