This role is an individual contributor position, but with leadership accountability for a team of 10 Digital CSA vendors operating across EMEA. These vendors are coordinated through a vendor team lead, whom you will coach and support to ensure operational excellence and customer impact.
Role Purpose
As a Digital Cloud Solution Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for driving Azure adoption and consumption across high-value committed milestones (>$10K) for Non-Unified and Non-DCSA pinned SME&C Corporate customers. Your primary goal is to achieve 95% commit-to-complete on all assigned milestones, ensuring customer success and business growth.
You will lead and coordinate delivery across the region and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Azure consumption goals.
You Will
* Coach and guide the vendor team lead to ensure the 10 Digital CSA vendors are equipped to deliver technical enablement and milestone execution.
* Lead milestone orchestration and pipeline hygiene across the region.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with MCEM stages 4–5 and Azure consumption goals.
Responsibilities
* Drive milestone execution across EMEA, ensuring 95% commit-to-complete for >$10K Azure committed milestones.
* Coach the vendor team lead to manage and develop the 10 Digital CSA vendors, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Ensure pipeline hygiene and milestone tagging in MSX, including escalation management and SLA adherence.
* Collaborate with DSSs, PSSs, CSAMs, and partners to ensure seamless handover and execution of qualified opportunities.
* Monitor consumption signals and proactively identify expansion opportunities and next workloads.
* Represent customer needs internally and advocate for technical blockers resolution and resource orchestration.
Qualifications
Required
* Experience working with vendor teams or outsourced delivery models.
* Strong understanding of Azure architecture and workload consumption strategies.
* Extensive experience in technical architecture, consulting, implementation, or technical sales.
* OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field AND relevant experience.
* OR Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) AND experience.
* Experience in cross-team leadership or coaching.
Preferred
* Familiarity with MCEM stages and milestone orchestration in MSX.
