Engineer — Data Expert / Talend Our client is a Swiss player in the parapublic sector, specializing in data management with a strong regulatory component, currently engaged in a large-scale digital transformation. The Business Intelligence team is concurrently transitioning from system X to a new ERP, and as part of this project, the team is looking for an experienced profile (5 years of experience), who can quickly and autonomously intervene on critical areas. Responsibilities and missions Analysis and maintenance of existing data flows Conduct reverse engineering of the existing data processing Identify, diagnose, and correct anomalies in the data flows between databases (third parties, beneficiaries, addresses) Ensure monitoring of B2B data exchanges between the front office and back office ETL and data development Design, develop, and maintain Talend jobs for data processing between heterogeneous environments (DB2/AS400, SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB) Contribute to the improvement of data quality processes and checklists as well as cross-functional projects Oversee the recovery and transfer of document management system X to a new target solution Participate in the generation and management of XML files in the framework of output management Required profile Technical skills — essential Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering Advanced proficiency in Talend ETL Advanced SQL in a multi-database environment: DB2/AS400, SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB Proven experience in data flow creation and management across multiple databases Knowledge of REST APIs Technical skills — appreciated Java Experience in highly regulated environments (insurance, public sector, health, or social security) Soft skills Strong ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to an environment without formal training Rigor in data quality management Ability to work in a team in a context of: Lausanne region Type of contract: Mission CDD (contract for service) Duration: Minimum 6 months (potentially renewable) Start date: Mid-April / early May Activity rate: 100% (including 2 days of remote work per week) Working language: French (100% French-speaking environment) jid7c13656aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
