Sales Professional – High-Tech Industrial
We’re looking for a driven Sales Professional to accelerate growth across Europe in a high tech sector. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to closing deals — while shaping our go‑to‑market approach and building lasting partnerships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and target key sectors and customers with unmet needs in the electric automated technology sector
* Develop and execute a pragmatic, results‑oriented market strategy for Europe
* Manage the full sales process — from outreach to deal closure
* Build authentic relationships with engineers and decision‑makers alike
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to shape customer‑ready solutions
* Bring structured customer feedback into product development
* Track and manage your pipeline with CRM tools, reporting on KPIs and learnings
* Adapt fast to market signals — agility and initiative are key
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
* 3–5 years work experience with a proven track record in technical B2B sales (e.g., high‑tech industrial devices, electric drives, robotics, automation, powertrain or working in similar capacity for a system integrator in the OEM sector)
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self‑starting, and hands‑on
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technically and commercially
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
* Willingness to travel and work flexibly across Europe
