In a few words
We are looking for Generative Ai Engineer. The contractor will support the design, development, and scaling of Generative AI applications, with a strong focus on robust architectures, performance, and integration into enterprise systems.
* Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using Azure AI services and modern GenAI frameworks
* Develop and optimize RAG pipelines (data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval strategies)
* Implement orchestration patterns for complex workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool integration, APIs)
* Ensure scalability, reliability, cost-efficiency, and observability of AI solutions in production
* Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, data systems, and business workflows
* Contribute to the industrialization of AI development (reusable components, frameworks, best practices)
* Collaborate closely with business, product, data, and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value use cases
* Proven experience building production-grade Generative AI applications
* Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization
* Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Prompt Flow)
* Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and observable systems
* Experience in industrializing/standardizing AI or data solutions
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform
* Knowledge of agent design patterns
* Exposure to financial service
* Banking sector environment.
* Swiss residency is mandatory.
