Job Description
In this role, you take ownership of driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring effective execution across multiple regions. With a strong focus on data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization, you contribute to the successful implementation of sales initiatives.
* Value Creation Plan: You will be responsible for the freud Value Creation Plan documentation and data model. You will track KPIs and milestones monthly and support the implementation of selected measures.
* Sales Plays: You create sales plays in collaboration with regional, country sales, marketing, and segment teams. You define the rollout plan for sales plays and track their implementation.
* Pricing: You own the freud pricing concept and process. You implement clear pricing logic for the product portfolio in alignment with segment teams and sales. You manage pricing tools and PCR forecasting and monitoring.
* Market Intelligence: You monitor relevant competitors and share information with stakeholders. You collaborate with the Business Development Team for market calculations.
* Sales Reporting: You own sales reporting and forecasting, analyzing new and lost business.
* Hunting Lists: You own the hunting list format, perform monthly reporting, and coordinate distribution planning and CRM activities.
Qualifications
Education: University Degree in Business Administration, ideally in Sales or Marketing.
Experience and know-how: Good understanding of global sales organizations (B2B and B2C), preferably in the freud industrial tooling market. Capable of strategic and conceptual thinking, maintaining a holistic and long-term view under stress and with complex topics. Proficient in analytics tools (Excel, BI software) and project management. Strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
Personality and working style: Strong teamwork and intercultural collaboration skills, motivating and role-modeling. Excellent stakeholder management across hierarchical levels. Ability to align cross-functional teams, steer execution, and resolve conflicts. Independent, passionate, resilient, and enthusiastic.
Languages: Fluent in English.
