Responsibilities
* Act as a Roving Property Manager by filling in at properties in the absence of a manager.
* Direct day-to-day resident relations, maintenance, inspections, leasing, and other operations on assigned properties.
* Assist in hiring new staff for assigned properties.
* Support properties on‑site during openings and takeovers.
* Conduct site visits and complete special projects.
* Provide guidance and assistance to struggling properties as assigned.
* Maintain customer service and excellent relations with residents, cooperatives, commercial tenants, vendors, and agencies.
* Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state/federal guidelines.
* Travel out of state as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of property management experience.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
* Experience with Affordable Housing (HUD) programs preferred.
* Professional certifications such as CRM, CAM, COS preferred.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and property management software (Yardi preferred).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing staffing needs.
* Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and a collaborative, self-motivated approach.
* High integrity and a team‑player attitude.
* Ability to perform physical duties (e.g., walk property, up to six flights of stairs).
* Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $63,700.00 - $83,700.00
Compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and knowledge relevant to the role.
