Location: Grabs, CHBusiness Area: PharmaCompany: Körber Pharma Packaging AGIn this exciting and versatile position you will work at the site in Grabs (Switzerland) and support the Körber Pharma Fargo (USA) sales department in all technical matters and develop optimal solutions for customer enquiries.Your role in our teamReview technical requirement details to develop proposals that meet customer specificationsGenerate technical drawings and documents, in support of machinery sales (format drawings, process flow diagrams, line layout drawings, etc.)Compile budgetary estimates for new machinery projects in early planning phases, to facilitate customer budgeting processesWork with the Körber Pharma Fargo operations team to ensure accurate sales project & timeline forecasts are given when preparing proposalsAttend sales, project review, design review, and factory acceptance testing meetings in support of new machinery projectsDevelop conceptual designsReview and comment on customer’s specifications for compliance or deviation to requirementsSelect third party equipment and component suppliersWork with third party suppliers to develop equipment specificationsCommunicate openly, honestly, and constructivelyAssist to identify future customer needs to support growth in company sales revenueWork with other members of the sales, service and marketing team to achieve common goalsWork closely with the Körber Pharma Fargo applications and sales team to develop the appropriate solution to meet the customers’ requirementsYour profileYou possess a strong technical affinity and the ability to communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the target audience. You are a communicative and customer-oriented professional with a confident demeanour and excellent team skills.
